Replacement Conditions

For product with any performance failure occurred in normal operation and within one month from the date of purchase.Non-artificial damage, unauthorized disassembly or refit of any parts and damage caused by non-irresistible natural factors;Have a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) and warranty card;Repair is only guaranteed for product with performance failure at exterior damage.

 

Warranty Conditions

For product with any performance failure occurred in normal operation and within one month from the date of purchase.Non-artificial damage, unauthorized disassembly or refit of any parts and damage caused by non-irresistible natural factors;Have a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) and warranty card;

For product with no proof of purchase, production date extended by three months is considered as the date of purchase; No service charge needed from customer for any repair fall within the warranty condition .Product does not meet warranty conditions should be charged with maintenance cost according to company’s unified charging standard for maintenances beyond the warranty period 18 months. 


Return Policy

For all our  RMA products, pls contact us send to our HK warehouse ,we ensure to replace within 30 days and delivery by our charge.
